Membership: How
to Join

All companies wishing to join the MIPI Alliance must first join
as an Adopter. After becoming an Adopter, companies may
make a request to the Board of Directors to become a Contributor. If successful,
a company can then request to be elected as a Promoter.
The procedure for joining the MIPI Alliance is:
- Download and review the MIPI
Alliance Bylaws.
- Download and review the MIPI
Membership Agreement.
- Download and review the MIPI Financial Policy
- Download the Information Form
- Complete the online Application
Form.
Important: The online Application Form must be completed
prior to submitting membership agreements. Not doing so may
result in processing delays.
- Complete and sign two (2) originals of the full MIPI Membership Aggreement. Agreements must be signed by an authorized representative (such as an Officer of the Corporation, Vice President, or Director) of your company to be valid. If signed by a Manager, we will need a document from an Officer of the Corporation giving this authorization.
Note-1: Your membership begins the month you sign the membership agreement, and not when your payment is received. For example, if you sign the agreement in April, you will receive a pro-rated invoice for April through December membership, regardless of when your payment is received.
Note-2: If your company is seeking the reduced member dues for smaller companies, documentation of your company's financial status is required. If you would like to be considered for reduced dues, please email your company's most recently available fiscal year financial statement(s) in .pdf form to admin @ mipi.org. MIPI will not consider any reduction in fees unless such backup materials are provided.
- Send the two (2) signed originals of the MIPI Membership Agreement and the completed Information Form to the below address. The full agreements (all pages) must be included.

Note: Faxed submissions are not being accepted at this time.
- Upon receipt of the two (2) signed membership agreements and completed Information Form, an email confirmation will be sent to the contact noted in the application. At that time, an invoice for membership dues and request for additional information will also be sent.
Note: We cannot activate your organization on the MIPI Members website until your payment and Information Form are received. A Purchase Order is not considered payment.
- After receipt of the membership dues and completed Information Form, your organization will be activated on the MIPI Members website. User accounts for the individuals listed on the Informaton Form will be set up.
One countersigned membership agreement will be returned to the contact referenced in the application.
